Life should be spent being healthy. Being sick is not good. A human being needs good health to stay happy throughout his or her lifetime. Everyone should be aware of his/her health. Good health is an unprecedented gift.
There are many ways to maintain a healthy life. The ecological situation, heredity factors, food supplies, a good diet, regular exercise are the most important things. Usually, so many people don't look after their health.
Drinking alcohol, bad work conditions, fast foods can damage health on a vast scale. Not doing enough physical activity could be the main reason for many blood circulation diseases. Intellectual people perceive the value of life and use many things to stay healthy. Diet is a basic principle. Sport and sleep regime could be considered important factors. Not being nervous could be included in the list. I have always been trying to stay healthy by these ways which I mentioned above. I wish every one of you a healthy life.
